At Feathered Friends, we want you to love your new style, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
